「旅行先の地の飯が食いたい」
と宣う息子の希望で、
こちらに伺いました。
突出しは砂肝とこんにゃくの煮物でした。
三豊茄子の味噌チーズ焼きは
大きくてジューシーな丸茄子系の
三豊茄子をごろっと半分オーブン焼きにしてあります。
味噌とチーズの美味しさで酒が進みますね。
アスパラ肉巻きは
シャキシャキで瑞々しいアスパラが
薄くても味がよく出てる豚肉と
マッチした逸品です。
マンボウの天ぷらは
見た目は白身魚っぽいけど
食感は蛸に近いです。
水分多めだからか
噛んだらじゅわーっと魚の出汁が出てきます。
しかし歯ごたえはあるので、
食べてて面白いですね。
獅子唐と芋も併せて揚げてあります。
うつぼ串焼きの
水分は多めでした。
食感は柔らかい鶏モモのようです。
皮は結構磯臭さが強く、
炙りの香ばしさが
良いアクセントになっています。
どの料理も品質が良く
大満足です。
息子のお薦め通りの優良店でした。
