夕食は近くの炭火焼き居酒屋に来ました。
周りにはピンクなネオン街がありいい雰囲気です。
瓶ビールを開けます。
突き出しはタケノコの土佐煮です。
旬のタケノコは柔らかいです。
かつおのたたきです。
炭火で焼くいい匂いがします。
ニンニクと一緒に食べます。
焼き穴子です。
炭火で穴子が香ばしくフワッと焼かれています。
美奈登の骨付き豚「みなとん」です。
豚スペアリブにスパイシーな味付けをしてじっくりと焼いています。
炭火の煙が店内に充満してますが、これも御馳走です。
骨付き鶏です。
おや鳥を所望しましたが、売り切れだったのでひな鳥になりました。
おや鳥ほどの歯応えはありませんでしたが、鳥の旨味を堪能できました。
マンボウの天ぷらです。
初めて食べるマンボウですが、食感がまるでタコの天ぷらです。
これは癖になる味です。
タコ釜飯です。
火が消えてから蒸らし終わったら出来上がりです。
大きくカットしたタコがゴロゴロ入って食感も楽しめました。
