久々の投稿です。とある方のブログで「コスモポリタン」という料理があるのを目にしました。このお店のオリジナルのようです。写真では、なんだかグラタンのようですが…連れも興味津々だったので善通寺まで食べに行きました(笑)
お店は善通寺市内にありました。雰囲気は「長く続いてる品のいい喫茶店」？？？という感じ。とてもレトロです。
僕は、予定通り「コスモポリタン」！グラタン風に表面がカリカリ！ブラウンソースとホワイトソースの会わせ技で濃厚そうなんだけどさらっといける？(笑)そんなお料理でした。
連れはなんにしよか…と色々迷ってアメリケーヌソースのエビピラフ♪ご飯も香ばしく、エビの風味たっぷりでエビ好きにはたまらない品でした。
メニューを見てたら他の品も食べたくなってきた…コンプリート目指そうかな(笑)
