こんばんローカルテレビに出ると言う情報があったので早速食べに行きました。
こんぴらやの製麺工場・直売所の中に去年の12月にできたセルフうどん店です。

このうどん屋は 茹でたうどんは20分以内で廃棄とhpに書いてあったけど
たしかにうどんが温かく腰があったと思う
