Lunch on the third day of the late shift! On this day, I went to a Ramen shop that I had been interested in for a while. I visited "Sapporo Ramen Dosanko Tadotsu Branch". restaurant has a cool exterior that gives off a sense of history. It has a very down-to-earth atmosphere, and...it's great that they have so much freedom! I've always thought that this chain store's restrictions are...in a good way! When you think of Dosanko, miso Ramen is the standard, but...I was in the mood, so I ordered "shoyu Ramen"! For some reason, I felt a sense of familiarity with the label "shoyu" instead of "soy sauce"...I felt that this was not enough, so I ordered two more rice balls! Ramen was behind the counter making the ramen...and someone who seemed to be his wife was cooking the rice balls behind the scenes. Each one was carefully...and silently...I could feel the "professional" in the owner's back. First came the rice ball, and about three minutes later, Ramen arrived! The shoyu Ramen was spicy with a strong pepper flavor. The taste is peppery with a hint of soy sauce. It brings back memories... a simple, street-style deliciousness. The wakame seaweed goes really well with the flavor of this soup, and the chewy, curly noodles make a great combination! The rice balls are soft and fluffy. The saltiness is not too salty, which is very pleasant... It's been a while since I've seen round pickled radish. In terms of color and flavor... it has a surprisingly large presence... And let's not forget the color effect of the balan... This end-of-Showa era atmosphere is very nostalgic! It made me forget the fatigue of work... It was a soothing meal... The menu says "canned food." I was wondering (?) when it was displayed right in front of me lol
