「札幌ラーメンどさん子 多度津店」!!昭和感いっぱいの外観と店内の雰囲気に癒されますッ!! : Dosanko

This will be my first visit to the store. The Mr./Ms. of "Sapporo Ramen Do Mr./Ms.goko Tadotsu Store" is located on the left side of the road when you take Prefectural Road 213 "Tadotsu Zentsuji Line" from "Momoryo Park" toward "Zentsuji City". I've been passing by the store a lot for a long time, and it was one of the Ramen stores that I was interested in. Today, I arrived at 11:15, about 15 minutes past the opening time of 11:00! There was no car of the previous customer, and apparently I was (^o^)/ the first. I entered the store immediately, but speaking of "Do Mr./Ms.ko Ramen", it features a symbol mark with that big pelican opening its mouth, and this "Tadotsu store" Mr./Ms. also has this symbol mark! Yes (^_^)!。 In the past, I think you often saw "Mr./Ms. Ramen" here in "Ramen Mr./Ms. University", but now it seems that it has decreased considerably. When I actually looked it up, there were only 3 restaurant in Kagawa Prefecture, and this "Tadotsu store" Mr./Ms. is a valuable store. Also, the appearance of restaurant is a "Ramen store!!" It seems to be old, and in a good sense, it is full of Showa feeling and healing (^_^). This is the same as the inside of the store, and it is as old as the exterior, but it is well cleaned and beautiful. I sit down and look at the menu, but the letters on the front and back are thin, and it's (>_<) hard for me to see it as an old Mr./Ms.! !! I think it was faded by the sun because the shop faces south. I managed to read it, and this time I was going to only use "miso Ramen", but I also wanted "fried rice". Also, if you look at the set menu on the wall, it seems that you can make a "fried rice set" and a "Gyoza / Dumpling set (Gyoza / Dumpling 3 pieces + rice)" for the price of Ramen + 350 yen, so what should I do? I was hesitant, but in the end I ordered (^_^) "miso Ramen" and "fried rice". While the food was serving, I looked inside the restaurant and saw a large pelican symbol and a wooden carved "bear", "Ainu doll face", and "Ezo deer" on the kitchen. (laughs). In the meantime, "fried rice" came first, and "miso Ramen" came right after. The two dishes came almost at the same time, so I'm grateful to be able (^_^) to take a picture of Ramen and fried rice together because I always take commemorative photos of the food (laughs). Before it cools down, I will immediately take it from "Miso Ramen". The noodles are topped with the standard "corn", "bean sprouts", "green onions", "menma", and "char siu", and the miso soup smells like I~i. The noodles are medium-thin noodles with a little frizzy, but they are also chewy and delicious with miso soup. Miso soup is a rich and orthodox soup with black sesame seeds that goes (^_^) well with noodles, corn, bean sprouts, green onions, and menma. Anyway, as long as I am happy with the crunchy texture of all the ingredients! !! The char siu is soft and well seasoned, but if I had to be greedy, I think (>_<) it would have been better if it was a little larger. Next, "fried rice". The rice grains were small and the ingredients were finely chopped, so it was a little different from the fried rice I had imagined, but it was well cooked and finished "crisply", and because it was hot, it was baku-baku! Repeating the loop of "miso → Ramen", "fried rice", → "miso Ramen", this carbohydrate-only happiness is repeated (^o^)/! Ah~Ahh After all, I can't stop! This time, I was healed by a restaurant full of good Showa feeling, and I was able to eat my favorite "miso Ramen" and "fried rice", and I was also "glad I came" because of the polite customer service of the shop staff (I wish I had come earlier ~ I regret a little ...).
