I had lunch at Dosanko Tadotsu branch. The other day I had lunch at [a:https://tabelog.com/rvwr/heizo/rvwdtl/B86417061/#118617267, Sanbonmatsu branch] and was very satisfied with the delicious food. I wanted to eat it again, so this time I ate at the Tadotsu branch. However, I don't know about the situation in other prefectures, but Dosanko in Kagawa Prefecture, the Udon Prefecture, seems to be independent, and there are menus that are available at both the Tadotsu branch and the Sanbonmatsu branch, and menus that are not available at both. Although the restaurant name is Dosanko, I think it is better to think that the dishes are different for each branch. I ate the char siu ramen soy sauce + fried rice set and Gyoza / Dumpling. It was delicious and I was full. The three dishes were served almost at the same time. I thought Gyoza / Dumpling would be Gyoza / Dumpling later, but they were served first, so I thought the timing of the service was timed to coincide with the cooking time of Gyoza / Dumpling. When I looked at the char siu ramen, it looked like a large piece of char siu with a lid on it. When I drank the soup, it had a soy sauce flavor that I liked, and I thought it was a little bland, but it was delicious. I think the noodles were medium-thin straight noodles. They were boiled to my liking and went down smoothly. The serving was char siu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and corn, and the green onions were green onions. It was a thin and large piece of char siu. It seemed a little bland, but I dipped it in the soup and enjoyed it. The fried rice was also delicious. It had a slightly hard texture and the taste was a little bland for me. I thought about adding salt, but I was sitting in a bad seat, and I thought that if I sprinkled salt on it, it would fly off to the side with the air conditioning, so I gave up. The fried rice was filled with small ingredients, and the green onions and yellow eggs had a nice color, and the two types of pickled red ginger and fukujinzuke added an accent to the meal. I dipped Gyoza / Dumpling in a sauce unique to Dosanko. The gyoza Gyoza / Dumpling were filled with gyoza Gyoza / Dumpling, and had the texture and taste I liked. It's an old restaurant, but it's clean. I went to eat there for the first time in a while, and I'm glad I went. I ate delicious and satisfying char siu ramen and fried rice. -This is a summary that can only be viewed on a PC. - [a:https://heizoblack-02.amebaownd.com/posts/9194332, Ramen, Chinese Yakiniku (Grilled meat), and Yakiniku Heizo: Dosanko (Sapporo Ramen)] A record of eating Ramen and fried rice.
