絶品ピザと爽快な庭のあるピザ屋さん。 : San Kafe

再訪になりますが仁尾町の山と海が近くにある
ピザ屋さんです。
駐車場は広々としておりお店自体は倉庫を改装してような感じです。
とりあえず…
オリーブ豚のパンツェッタのピッツァテッラ1650円ときのこの和風ジャポネーゼ1540円を注文。
ランチにはブッフェバイキングがついており8品程とドリンクが5種類飲めます。
オリーブ豚は若干トマトの風味が足りないかな？
素材はとてもよく野菜もシャキシャキでしたね！
キノコピザもキノコの旨みがギュッとしてました⭐️
ブッフェも色々揃っておりどれも美味しかったです。

Since we arrived early, there were few customers and we were told to sit wherever we wanted, so we sat at the counter. I thought it was a pizza shop, but they also had pasta and gratin, Other lunch menus, and takeaway tacos. This time I went for Nio Romana. (Margherita base with anchovies, garlic, oregano, and olives) This comes with a salad All-you-can-eat buffet and a drink. The salad is rich in variety, with leafy greens, macaroni salad, lotus root, vermicelli, shredded carrots, Fried food, rice, etc. There is also a wide variety of drinks. It's pizza, but when you look inside, you can see that it's being baked in a kamado. The dough was chewy and I would have preferred it with a stronger tomato flavor, but I was a little surprised to find pizza of this quality in the western area of Kagawa. The salad was also fresh and it was a very satisfying lunch.
