あまり時間がないし、食欲もない。
最近ハマってるかき氷を食べようと数年ぶりにひむろへ。
先払い制に変わったようです。
カウンターで先に注文してから席に案内されます。
悩みましたが、地元の梨を使ったかき氷にしました。
平日の12時過ぎにも関わらずほぼ満席。
タイミングよく空いてた席にすべりこめました。
15分くらい待って、ようやくきました、かき氷
まずは氷をひと口。お、以前と違う。
氷の粒がかなり小さいので、口に入れた時に冷たさを感じすぎない。
なので、梨の味を楽しむことができます。
梨自体も品種は分かりませんが、水分が多すぎず、甘すぎず、氷と合ってます。
中にも梨の果肉が入っていて、最後まで梨を楽しめます。
ただ、氷の粒が小さいので、屋内で食べていても最後の方は溶けちゃいます。
以前食べた時に比べてかなりレベルアップしてます。
他のかき氷も食べてみたいと思いました。
