香川遠征の最後は三豊市の父母ヶ浜へ。
日本のウユニ塩湖って言われているらしい。
こちらの「KAKIGORI CAFE ひむろ」さんは、
その父母ヶ浜の目の前にあります。
一通り、浜辺を歩いた後は、
「かき氷」でも食べてカラダを冷やしましょう（笑）
店内に入ると、まず目がいくのがフルーツ！
地元三豊のフレッシュフルーツを使った地産地消かき氷を売りにしているようですよ。
メニューは定番と期間限定商品があって
期間限定の「仁尾れもん」をお願いしました♪
かき氷には仁尾産のレモンとはちみつで作ったシロップをたっぷりと使用！2種類の手作り練乳もレモンの爽やかな酸味を引き出します。水切りヨーグルト入り。
かき氷の氷はフワッとしていて、しっとり。
口の中で溶けていくかのようなかき氷です！
