愛媛香川旅行二日目、この日の宿泊地は粟島。
須田港から船で粟島に渡るために、
最寄りの詫間駅で降り立ちました。
駅から港までのバスが出るまで30分の待ち。
駅の目の前にはうどん屋さん。
車内で軽食をがっちり済ませたあとでしたが
入店してみることに。
14時前の遅い昼でしたが、先客10名程度、後客5,6。
人気店のようです。
お店の雰囲気は、うどん屋というよりは
昔ながらの食堂といった感じです。
ランチメニューは特にないようです。
うどんは、最安のかけ310円に始まり、
10種類以上あり、多くは300円代です。
一番高いしっぽくで600円。
かけは冷かけもできるとのことで、
冷かけにして、1.5玉の中にしました。
それから東日本ではあまり馴染みがないかなという
しょうゆに。
10分程度で提供となり、
その間に、セルフで、天ぷらを取りました。
厨房側のテーブルに並んでいます。
この時間なので、天ぷらは数少なくなっていました。
鶏天にしました。

ひやかけもしょうゆも、うどんはむにゅーと伸びる。
程よい弾力がある。
いい食感。
冷かけ。
いりこ出汁がぐっと香り、塩分控えめのツユ。
きりりと冷えていて、ぐいぐい飲める。
しょうゆ。
だし醤油を回しかけ、レモンと大根おろしを加える。
シンプルながらとてもうまい。
レモンでかなりさっぱりとする。
冷かけよりも好き。
この値段で、この味のうどんはさすが讃岐。
