30年度 香川県が主催する讃岐うどん技能グランプリ品評会において、『讃岐の夢の部』と『さぬきの夢ブレンドの部』2部門で予選・本選審査を経て香川県製粉協同組合理事長賞・四国新聞社賞のＷ受賞の栄誉をいただきました。 |
ドライブ旅の途中、お昼は美味しいうどんを食べようと思い、近くのうどん屋さんを調べて見つけたこちらにお伺いしました。
着いた時に10組くらい待ってましたが、待った甲斐がありました！
・天揚げ-ぶっかけ
・天揚げ-ざる
をそれぞれお願いし、まもなく着丼。早い。
うどんはコシがあって、天ぷらは
・えび天
・あなご天
・きす天
・いか天
・なす天
・おくら天
・しょうが天
で、どれも揚げたてサクサクですごく美味しかったです。正直うどんほど天ぷらに期待してなかったんですが、めっっっちゃ美味かった…。うどんも美味かった…。これで980円はすばらしいコスパでした…。
