30年度 香川県が主催する讃岐うどん技能グランプリ品評会において、『讃岐の夢の部』と『さぬきの夢ブレンドの部』2部門で予選・本選審査を経て香川県製粉協同組合理事長賞・四国新聞社賞のＷ受賞の栄誉をいただきました。 |
香川うどんツアーの３軒目は隣のさぬき市まで
移動してきました。
向かった先は麺処まはろさん。
お店に着くと入口あたりに凄い人だかり……
どうやら店内のウェイティング用紙に名前を
書いて待つスタイルのようです。
全般的に子供を連れたファミリー層が多くて
名前を書いた地点で７組、20人待ちくらい。
約30分くらい待ってようやく入店。
この店は天ぷらが評判が凄く良いみたいで皆さん
天盛りの人ばかりでしたが、俺は次もあるので
○イカ天ざるうどん 800円
うどんはコシが強くてなかなかの剛麺！
イカ天のボリュームが凄くて、なんとスルメイカ
を半身ほど使っているとか！
イカ以外にも紅生姜やらオクラの天ぷらも入って
食べ応えありました(*´ч`*)
ただ、衣がすぐ剥がれたりつゆがちょっと好みと
違いました(^_^;)
まぁ天ぷらは専門店じゃないので致し方なし。
お店のスタイル上、天ぷらがマストな上に
家族連れが多いのでランチの時間帯は一般店
よりもかなり待ち時間がかかりますよ！
なので、訪問の際は時間に余裕もって来る事を
推奨します(*^^*)
