徳島文理大香川キャンパスのすぐそばにあります
駐車場は店前に15台分くらいと余裕あり
鉄道だとJR志度駅から徳島方面に1.2km程度
座席で注文、後清算のフルサービス店(PayPay決済可)
「釜揚げうどん 480円」「元気盛り 330円」を注文
メニューはかけうどん350円から
きつねうどんやぶっかけ生醤油がお店の推しっぽい
平日はうどんに天ぷら盛りとご飯ものを付けられるお得な定食あり
店内はカウンター3席程に2人や4人掛けテーブルや座敷席もあり、
休日のお昼だったこともありファミリー層が多い印象
うどんは加水高めの中くらいの太さ
コシよりモチモチ感が強めの麺です
つけダシはイリコが効いてはいますがアッサリ系
麺そのものの旨さを活かすためか濃すぎない仕上げという印象
薬味のネギと生姜、卓上の天かすはお好みで
元気盛りはチクワ天とイカ天が2本に鶏天4個のお得メニュー
味変アイテムとしてハーブ藻塩がついてきます
青海苔の香りがプンプンのチクワ天はそのままで、
フワッと衣のイカ天は釜揚げダシで、
唐揚げに近い感じの鶏天はハーブ藻塩が合う
2人で来店し元気盛りはシェアするのが良さそう
会計の際の店主さんの対応も良く、
これは人気出ないわけないなと感じました
