友人と３名でお伺いした。
コースを進められて、追加で幾つかお願いした。
焼酎はそこそこの価格、有名ブランド（佐藤・伊佐美）は結構な値段。
黒豚のバラを使ったしゃぶしゃぶの美味しいこと～～
「脂身が美味しいですね」と言ったら、仲居さんに「白身がを美味しいでしょう～」とやんわり訂正され・・・鹿児島では「白身」と言うのか（笑）
追加でロースもお願いしたが・・・やはりバラが美味しいと再認識
別途で頼んだ「黒豚ロースカツ」は・・・失敗
揚げすぎ、部位も筋が多く固いばっかり・・・
特筆は・・最後の雑炊
豚のしゃぶしゃぶで雑炊？と訝しく思うが・・・
綺麗に脂をすくって、綺麗な出汁で作る雑炊は・・・サッパリの中に滋味があり美味しい～～
