なんと15年ぶりの再訪！
『当時は黒豚なんて、なかったよね～』と話をしながら、
仲居さんが手際よく、すき焼きを作ってくださいます。
実は、このお店。しゃぶしゃぶが有名ですが、黒毛和牛のすき焼きも絶品！！！
5，000円のコースのみで、最初に、お刺身と小鉢3品が出てきます。
（小鉢の内容：お茄子の煮浸し・鮭の白子のパテのようなもの・貝の煮たもの）
お肉は、きれいな霜降りの黒毛和牛ですから、言うまでもなく口の中でとろけます。
で特筆すべきは卵！
県外の方には、やや甘めに感じるタレですが、黄身の濃い卵が（頴娃産だったかな？）、よく絡みます。
お、お、おいしーーーい！！！
思わず、ご飯がほしくなりますが、食べきれなくなっちゃいそうなので我慢。
お鍋のお野菜（ゴボウ・人参・しめじ・ネギ・タマネギ）も、
デザート（梨・ぶどう・パイナップル）も、ほんとおいしく大満足。
〆の、おうどんは食べきれませんでした。
一緒に行った父親は福わらじ初体験でしたが、とても気に入っている様子。
調理場横と思われる2人用の個室だったので、他口コミにある話し声がたまに聞こえますが、
それが気にならないほどの仲居さんの丁寧な対応と抜群の味でした！
