鹿児島において、｢唯一ここだけ豚骨の影響を受けなかった店…｣と大崎さんが言う、昨夜行ってた…みたいなので、オレも好きだし懐かしんで行った。
鹿児島に住んでた十数年ほど前は、毎晩天文館で飲み、〆はここか、｢凡亭｣とローテーションのようになっていた(あｯ調子に乗ってる時は｢小金太｣)。
管理職で鹿児島を任されていたが、赴任後に役員が来た時に毎晩地元の愛するクライアントと飲みすぎな…オレ + オフィス環境の変貌を見て、歓楽街の近い場所から、周りに何も無い県庁そばの｢与次郎浜｣というところにオフィスを移転させられたこともあった。
オフィスは天文館から遠のいて来にくくなったが、ほぼ毎晩飲んではいたので、通った｢のり一｣への思い入れは深い。。
そのスープ、この麺、そしてチャーシュー…かごんまにあってかごんまにないラーメンである。
