定評のあるヨコムラさんの「極上ランチ2200円」。
塩かタレかを選ぶのだと言うことで、
どちらがおすすめですか？とお尋ねしたら、
少し困りながら、「塩だったらジュレがつきます」と
なにやら得な気がして塩をオーダー。
良いお肉は塩で頂きたいとも思っていたので、ジュレは別に使わなくても良いかと軽い気持ちでしたが、
一枚目を口に運ぶと、全く塩気もないし、肉も味しない。
おかしいな、これだけサシが入っているのに旨味がしない。。もしかして、オレイン酸値が低いのかな？
塩ふれば旨味が感じやすくなるのに塩味もしない。
で、おすすめのジュレの出番。
焼いた肉を取り皿に置く

ジュレをのせる
↓
口に運ぶ(箸で)
↓
とうぜん、ジュレだけ滑り落ちて、口に入らない。
試行錯誤を繰り返し、
最後の二枚というところで、
ジュレの上に熱々の肉をおき、溶かすことで、
味のついたお肉を食べる方法を開発しました。
なかなか苦労しましたが、
見た目でも、このレベルのお肉でこのコスパ。
そして店員さんがとても気持ち良いことを考えて
総合点で良いお店だと思います。
しかし、塩つけ忘れたのかな？
ランチにはタレがおすすめですね。
ライス大盛りにしたので完食苦労しました。
