I ordered the Kurobuta pork shabu-shabu course. The Kurobuta pork is thinly sliced and turns white quickly when soaked in hot water, and is then dipped in a light soba broth. It was delicious, but I wish they had yuzu ponzu as well. Soba noodles were served at the beginning, and I thought they would be eaten as a final dish, so I left some for later, but the final dish was steamed Sushi or zosui. This restaurant closes quite early at 9:30 p.m. If you're drinking and chatting around the hotpot, you won't be able to eat in time.
