■鹿児島ラーメン豚とろ天文館本店
鹿児島天文勘の鹿児島ラーメン豚とろ天文館本店でランチしてきました。
平日ランチタイムだったので行列は無し。入口で食券を買ってカウンターに座ります。
■半熟煮玉子入り豚とろラーメン
大きな大きなチャーシューは豚トロを柔らかく煮込んだもの。
箸で簡単に切れます。
サラッとしたスープだけれどニンニクがガツンと効いてますね。
麺は中太麺。スープによく絡んで、量も多すぎず少なすぎずちょうど良い。
クセになる味です。
■黒豚とろ餃子
一緒に注文した黒豚とろ餃子。
豚とろが入っている焼き餃子かと思ってたら水餃子です。
黒酢っぽいタレが合いますね。これはご飯ではなくお酒向きの味。
黒豚を美味しく堪能できるラーメン店でした。
