全国区の知名度ある鹿児島の看板店の１つですね。
因みに「こむらさき」は鹿児島、宮崎、熊本にありますが全く無関係です。
注文したのはラーメン 普
拘り爆発の一杯！
豚骨に丸鶏や椎茸の旨みを合わせた薬膳ラーメンを思い出させるスープに、
無かん水の蒸し細麺。
チャーシューは黒豚使ったり、
細部まで唯一無二の一杯を求めている姿勢に心打たれますね。
期待の無カン水の蒸し細麺。
独特の啜り心地で、頼りないようでしっかり噛み込める不思議な食感。
発想の自由さがいかに大事かがこの一杯に詰め込まれていますね。
鹿児島でも異彩を放つ拘り満載の老舗店。
