本日は鹿児島。天文館。こむらさき 天文館店。メニウは並と大盛しかありません。並１１００円。乱切りのチャーシューが散りばめられてます。スープ豚骨とは思えないあっさり仕上がり。でありながら、しっかりと塩味が下支え。美味い。千切りキャベツがのっていて、これまたスープと合う。麺はふっとい細麺といった感じ。たしか、２５年くらい前、横浜ラーメン博物館で行ったような記憶があるのですが、こんなに美味かったら覚えているはず。それとは別物。美味しかったです。
