11時過ぎに訪問すると比較的空いていて、すぐに入店。水だけでなく、温かいお茶まで店員さんに出してもらえた。黒豚チャーシュー入りラーメン普通1,100円を堅麺で注文。たっぷりの小間切れチャーシューに茹でキャベツがのっている。麺はストレート細麺で、普通でも量的には少なくない。スープはあっさり豚骨でやや塩味強め。ただ若干ニオイに独特なものがあり、最初少し気になったものの、テーブルのおろしニンニクを入れると、劇的に美味しさアップで、ニオイも気にならなくなった。
