I found this shop while walking around Tenmonkan, Kagoshima. It was 3pm, a time when restaurants are usually closed, but the shop was full. There was a person making Ramen at this U-shaped counter. The way it was made was also different from regular Ramen, so it was interesting just to watch. ◎Kagoshima Black Pork Char Siu Ramen Regular 1,100 yen Plenty of vegetables and thinly sliced char siu, a light yet rich Ramen. It was very delicious. This long-established Kagoshima Ramen shop, founded 70 years ago, was amazing.
