こちらのラーメン屋さんが出展していたので、
鹿児島のラーメンはあまり馴染みがないので
珍しさに食べてみました‼
青ネギと、揚げねぎ、細い豆もやしがたっぷり。
麺は、とんこつラーメンにしてはそこまで細くないです。
とんこつラーメンでよくのっているような、紅生姜がのっていないのが、私にとってはありがたかったです。
とんこつラーメンとは言っても、そこまで
こってりしておらず、割りとあっさり目です。
物産展だからかもしれないけど、スープが
いつもぬるめなんだよね～。
チャーシューは、薄くてそこまで
印象には残りませんでした。
物産展なので、実際に食べに行ったわけでは
無いのですが、デパートの物産展って、
買い物すれば駐車券ももらえるし、実際に
現地まで行かなくても本場の味が楽しめて、
お得な気分になれるのが好きです。
鹿児島の味、九州の味に飛行機に乗らなくても
出会えて、なかなか良い機会になりました。
