甘い醤油の文化圏ならではなのでしょうか？蕎麦つゆは一口含むと！がつんと醤油の骨太な味が口に広がります。しかし関東の醤油の塩味かたっているのとは明確に違い、口の中には、鰹の旨味が溢れるインパクトが追って来る感じ。率直に言って、とても旨い‼️
蕎麦は二八の極細切りなので、どっぷり浸けずに、さっと手繰るのがいい感じ。
今回は都合により、他のメニューを頂けなかったのが残念❗
定番の玉子焼きや、こちらはならではの蕎麦粉焼きの焼き鳥や、メニューには載っていない鴨抜きなど試して見たかった
