無性に蕎麦が食べたくなり、久々に訪問。
注文すると、5分位で配膳されました。
お昼の時間は貴重ですから、早く配膳されるのは有り難いですね。
細い麺のどこにこんなコシが？と思うような弾力。
香りも良いですし個人的にはとても好きな食感です。
つゆは甘さ控えめ、鹿児島の方はもしかしたら
もっと甘い方が…と思われるかも知れません。
そば湯も一緒に来ますので、最後まで頂きました。
個人的にはそば湯がもう少しそばの香りが強いと良いなぁ、
と感じました。
