My subordinate and I visited this restaurant for dinner while on a business trip. It was around 7:30pm on a Thursday, but the restaurant was nearly full. After ordering beer (a mug of Kirin Ichiban Shibori), I ordered ``Kibinago'' (sashimi), which is unique to Kagoshima, and ``Satataki Bonito'' from the white board menu. The Kibinago was served with the standard vinegar miso sauce, but it was still delicious. The salt-grilled kibinago was delicious, and the seared bonito was also delicious. Next, I ordered "Satsumaage" and "Fried Octopus". The ``Satsumaage'' is truly authentic, fried fluffy and fragrant, with a good texture. ``Octopus Karaage'' is a dish that is seasoned with fried chicken powder and goes well with alcohol. Next, I ordered the "Ginger Grilled Black Pork Loin" from the white board menu, and it was a surprising dish. The melt-in-your-mouth Kurobuta pork loin was coated with the sweet and salty ginger sauce, and it was so delicious that you couldn't help but smile at each other. I think it's no exaggeration to say that this is the ultimate home-cooked dish that goes beyond the preconceptions of grilled pork with ginger. I wanted to finish off with Ramen, so I passed on Sushi. Also, since I had important work to do the next day, I decided to have some raw mackerel to look forward to next time, just in case. For drinks, I ordered one medium-sized beer, one small beer, and one shochu with water. The bill was 7,865 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.
