美味しい鹿児島料理が食べられるお店で絶対寄ると決めていました。
今まではお昼しか行ったことがなくて初めて夜に予約して行きました。
店内は立派なカウンター席と小上がりの座敷席、二階もあります。
とても雰囲気の良いお店で落ち着きます。
客層は中高年の男性が多く、出張なのか地元の仕事帰りなのかお一人でカウンターで飲んでいる人もいて何かかっこいいです。
お昼もたくさん食べてむじゃきのかき氷も食べたのでお腹があまり空いてなく、事前に決めていた絶対食べると決めたものを中心に注文しました。

とにかく美しい。
臭みもなく新鮮で鹿児島の甘い刺身醤油と魚の脂がよく合い鹿児島に来て良かったと思わせてくれます。

こちらも大好きな一品ですが好みは分かれそうです。
というのもかなりの激甘で濃い味付けなので特に関東の方にはハマるか分かりません。
大きな鯛の身はふっくらと柔らかく、下処理も完璧で臭みももちろんないです。
鯛の上質な脂と出汁がしっかりと出て残った汁を白ご飯にかけたくなるような美味しさです。
そして付け合わせのごぼうと豆腐もまた味が染みて格別です。

職人さんが切りたて握りたてのお寿司は歯ごたえもよく新鮮で美味しいです。
これだけネタが大きいのに安いです。
お通しも美味しかったです。
城南店にも行ってみたかったけど交通の便が悪く断念、でも念願叶い大満足でした。
また必ず行きます。
しっぽり飲みたい方にすごくおすすめのお店です。
