上ロース定食をいただきました。
とんかつに何をつけて食べるかによって味わいが変わるのでなるべくいろんなパターンで1つのトンカツを楽しみたい派なのですが、こちらのお店はソース2種、塩、醤油と揃っているので最後までずっと一口目のテンションで楽しめます。
最初はそのままひと齧り、次に塩を付けて、その次は塩とレモン、そしてソース2種、ソース+和芥子、最後に唐辛子と醤油でいただきました。
鹿児島の甘い醤油ではなく普通の甘くない醤油の方がトンカツに合うとは思っていますがせっかく鹿児島にいるのだからこれはこれでまた良し。
