･モッチモチの食感で味わい良く旨い

･スープは黒豚主体の黒味噌。
・重厚な豚の旨味に分厚い特製の味噌※のコク。
･味噌味は濃いが塩味は強くなく分厚い旨味に重なる独特ながら癖になる味わいは超好みの✨✨
<トッピング>
･チャーシューは黒豚のバラチャーで黒味噌に漬け込まれており食べ応えあり味わいも秀逸✨
