豚しゃぶは家でも食べている馴染みのある料理ですが、さすがはJAがやっている店だけあり鹿児島の食材という産地の安心感もあって、普段食べている我が家の豚しゃぶとは全く違う肉質でした。
肉の薄切り具合こそスーパーで買っているものと大差ありませんでしたが、肉の味は全く違いました。なんというか甘みが感じられるのです。
また店の接客も好感がもてました。鹿児島市内には観光客向けの豚しゃぶの店もありますが、そこと比べると断然こちらのお店のほうがサービス面やコスパ的なことを含めてよかったと思いました。
何よりも２人前からしか豚しゃぶを受付ない店もある中で、こちらの店は一人でも注文を受け付けてくれるのがありがたいです。
