せいろ蒸しコースを予約してうかがいました。
⚫︎鹿児島黒豚せいろ蒸し(6100円)
前菜、黒豚、野菜盛り合わせ、御飯、汁物、香の物、デザート
お肉も野菜もすごく新鮮。
とくに黒豚の肉質が良く、柔らかしっとりでジューシー、甘みが感じられます。
野菜の彩り鮮やかで、目で見ても楽しい^_^
ご飯、お米も美味しかった…
