出張で訪れた鹿児島。
昼は取引先の方にオススメいただいた桜島ちゃんぽんでお腹パンパン。
夜は黒豚のつゆしゃぶに舌鼓。
そしてお楽しみのバー巡り！
一軒目は創業５５周年の老舗バー。
池田バーさんに伺いました。
太田和彦さんの本でも紹介されてますね。
場所は、鹿児島市の繁華街、天文館にあります。
近くにはシロクマで有名なむじゃきもありますね。
また、道を挟んで向かいにはラーメンのり一さんも。
雑居ビル一階奥の扉を開けるとバーカウンターとテーブル席が数席。
平日９時過ぎですが、６割くらいの入り具合です。
バックバーを見ると年代物のブランデーやウィスキーがズラリ。
カミュやバラン３０年、地元のマルスウィスキーなんかもあってさすが老舗ですね。
いただいたのはカクテル『クロワッサン』。
パイナップルの風味が絶妙ですね。
チャームにピーナッツとドレッシングで漬けた自家製のキュウリの漬物。
このキュウリがまた美味しいこと！
２杯目にフォアローゼスの水割りをいただいてチェックしました。
マスターの荒川さんとは少ししかお話できませんでしたが、バー好きには楽しいひとときを過ごせました。
さて、次のお店にいきましょうかね。
