東京から、はるばる・・・・頼むよ、頼むよ・・・・うまいもん宜しくね・・・
鹿児島市駅より少し歩く・・・細い路地を何回か曲がり、通りの無効に発見＾＾
中に入ると、
肉の販売もあるようで、ショーケースの中に、宝石のルビーのように鮮やかな赤い色のお肉が、真っ白な雪のような、脂に包まれて鎮座している・・・・
やはり、黒牛の赤色は見事だ・・・うっとり見つめすぎた・・・
連れに呼ばれ席にすわり、注文。
ここのオーナーは、ご自分でも牛を飼っているし、競り人の資格ももっているそう。
楽しみお楽しみ・・・・
まずは、牛刺し・・・
わさびに、九州の甘いおしょうゆ・・・・・・
下の上に乗せ、甘噛みしながら、黒牛ちゃんがとろけだすのを、ゆっくり味わう。
たいていの人は、さっさっとかんでしまうから、この濃厚さを味わうことができない。
