鹿児島天文館のグルメ通りにある『膳蔵』さん。
昨年9月通りすがりで入店し今回再リピート。
前回惹きつけられたのは入口にある『バームカツ』
ミルフィーユカツは既にメジャーだが、商標登録中と言うバームカツは
膳蔵さん完全オリジナルと言う。
薄い黒豚をバームクーヘンのように重ね合わせ、さらにリング状にして
揚げたカツは噛んだ瞬間肉汁があふれ出る。
塩・ポン酢・ソース3種類の調味、塩で戴くのが美味。
こちらのお店はこのバームカツや黒豚しゃぶしゃぶを代表とした黒豚料理、
きびなごやさつま揚げ、写真の地鶏の刺身等鹿児島を中心とした名物を
堪能できる。
店内は6人程度が入れる個室、テーブル、カウンターとどんなニーズにも対応。
カウンターに座るとしゃれたバーみたいな感覚でお食事ができる。
お酒は芋焼酎ならなんでも！と思うくらいのメニューが並ぶ。
