まず、料理が美味しい！！
黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶ、良かったですよ。
黒豚、赤身の旨味が強いですね。
脂身からは甘みが伝わってきます。
しゃしゃっと熱を加え、少しタレにつけてパクリ。
焼酎のロックとよくあいますねえ。
鶏刺しも人気でしたよ。
３種ほどの部位が盛られていましたが、部位ごとの味わいの相違を感じられるものでした。
カツオの酒盗、これが東京からの客人に相当ウケました。
「これがあると、酒がとまらない！！！」のだそうです。
