とんかつとしゃぶしゃぶ両方頂きました。
しゃぶしゃぶは寿庵の方が好き。
とんかつは専門店の方が良いかも。
とんかつって基本的に檍が最強だと思ってて基準がそこなので、どうしても引けを感じてしまいます。
ただ、何故か有楽町のいちにぃさんの黒豚のとんかつはかなり美味しかったので、仕入れの問題とか店舗での管理の問題とか色々あるのかも知れません。
有楽町は、何かの際にもう一度確認します。
このグループは雰囲気込みで良いので、そういう使い方でも良いかも。
コチラいちにぃさんはそばつゆで頂くしゃぶしゃぶ。同系列店の寿庵は6種類の塩で頂くのですが、寿庵に軍配かなと。
