鹿児島といえば、黒豚と芋焼酎。
黒豚のとんかつにするか、しゃぶしゃぶにするか迷っていたところ、両方頂けるコースがあるこちらにお邪魔しました。
結構待ちましたが、目的の2品を頂きました。
しゃぶしゃぶを蕎麦つゆに浸し、ネギを巻いて食べるのですが、サッパリしてとても美味しいです。
〆にお蕎麦、雑炊とボリュームも有り、大満足でした。
