鹿児島アミュプラザのいちにいさん。お昼は何回かトンカツをいただきましたが、どうしてもお昼では時間が取れないので、やっと黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶを食べられる時間を取ることができた…出張ありがとう笑
綺麗なお肉、その下には十分過ぎるくらいのお野菜。ポン酢じゃなくて蕎麦つゆで食べるのがいちにいさん流。豚肉も脂身がさっぱりしてて、蕎麦つゆが豚肉の味を引き立てる。締めのお蕎麦も…もう最高…笑
