思い立って、鹿児島へ日帰りドライブへ行きました。
せっかく来たので豚肉は食べておきたいと思いこちらをたずねました。
あっさり系のイメージをもって注文したのですが、やはり豚肉は一味違う味わいで食べ応えがありました。
豚汁も出汁が効いていて美味しく。
ちらし寿司がいい働きをしてくれてお腹は一杯になりつつも胃もたれはしないという理想的な感じになりました。
お通しに出てきた肉味噌が、美味しかったので買って帰り、お弁当などに入れて楽しんでます。
今度は、夜お酒を飲みながら豚しゃぶを楽しめたらな・・・
