｢白熊｣とは、削りたての氷に練乳をかけ、
フルーツや豆類を盛り付けたかき氷の事。
鹿児島を中心に今や南九州の夏の風物詩。
上から見ると、チェリー、干しぶどうの配置が
動物の白熊の表情に似ていることからその名前が付いたとさ。
優しい甘味の練乳かき氷は皆大好きな味。
クド過ぎず、甘過ぎず、あと引く美味さ。
レギュラーもペロッと1人で食べてしまえる程。
