いつも行列しているなあと思っていたのですが…。
祝日だったこの日も、朝開店間もなく１０人ほどの列。それを横目に用事に向かい、2時過ぎにまた通りかかると２０人ほどが並んでいました。
そんなに並んでいると気になってしまい…大判焼よねえ？！と思いいつもスルーだったのに並んでしまう心理…(笑；)。
２０人待ちといっても、次々販売するだけなので、５分も待ちません。
ガラス越しに大判焼(…この命名論争がありますが太鼓焼きとか…私は大判焼で)
がたくさん並んで、次々焼き上げられていくのを見るのも楽しいです。
白あんと普通のあんと迷うところでしたが、評判を聞いて白にしました。

焼き立ては中が熱々注意！
そして表面がパリッと、中の生地はとろりとしそうな柔らかさがあります。
やはり焼き立て推奨ですね。
しっかり練り上げた白あんはねっとりと甘いのですが、皮？の生地が甘くないのでバランスがとれますね。
