ルービオレ
紫芋のモンブランです。
やっぱり鹿児島にきたら紫芋は食せねば！ということでチョイス。
エルモンドの１０月のマンスリースイーツでもありました。
見た目はキレイめだけど、もっさりとした芋の風味が素朴なケーキに仕立てられています。
塩ロール
鹿児島県の宮古島の塩を使用しているロールケーキです。
ワンカット大きめ！
卵の風味がよくきいた、生地がしっかりめのロールケーキ。
甘辛い（？）塩クリームも美味♪
エルモンドは、鹿児島の山形屋デパートの裏手にあります。
明石屋さんの洋菓子店ということだけあって、ブランディングもしっかりしてあるし、イートインのスペースもすげぇオサレで居心地が良いです。
