明石屋本店隣接の洋菓子店・el mundo(エルムンド) |
2020年11月。
鹿児島市の『とんかつ川久』さんでランチを頂いたあと、
『明石屋 本店』さんの対面にある
『茶寮 AKASHIYA el mundo』さんに寄ってきました。
（前回、鹿児島に行った時もあったのかな〜？）
喫茶コーナーもあるのですが、今回はテイクアウト利用。
（此方は洋菓子メインのラインナップになるのかな？）
今回はバウムクーヘンを購入しました。1221円
プレーン、ホワイト、ストロベリー、スイート、抹茶の
計5種類になります。
家で早速頂きましたっ。
バウムの生地がとってもしっとり。口の中の水分が全部
もってかれる感じもなく、とても美味しかったです♪
全種類美味しいけど、個人的にはプレーンとスイートが
好みだったかも。
