鹿児島に本店がある炊き肉牛ちゃんが恵比寿に進出したという情報をききつけ、
一度伺いたかったのですが、
たまたまそう思ってる時の鹿児島出張。
これは本店に行くしかありません。
真ん中の凹んだところでお肉とお野菜を炊き、
中心部からつまみ、
秘伝の甘辛のつけダレにつけて頂きます。
炊き肉は初めてでしたが、プルコギに一番近いでしょうか。
〆のうどんも合いました。
ただこのコスパの低さと、味の甘さ、、、
もう再訪はないかと思います。
話のネタになるという意味ではオススメしますが、
私は一度でもう十分です。
