鹿児島ラストナイトは天文館の「牛ちゃん」です。珍しい「炊肉」のお店です。
ロース、カルビ、イカが入った炊肉セットを注文しました。
大きな鉄鍋でグツグツ煮込んでいきます。中央から煮えていき、中央の肉を食べたら、
外側の肉を中央に寄せていき、順番に煮込んでいきます。柔らかくて美味しいです。
セットには、うどんとおじやの両方がついています。まずは、うどん。たまりませんねえ。
そして、おじや。いい感じでしまりました。
