天文家の大通りから少し入ったところにある七味小路。総文祭に参加する多くの高校生もここまでは来ない。

各地にフランチャイズ店をもつ本店は意外に小ぢんまり。

名物！の炊き肉は、オーソドックスな鹿児島黒牛のカルビを使ったものから黒豚、海鮮入まで選べる仕様。
初めてなので、カルビをオーダー。

四角い鉄板が提供され、円を描くようにもやし、キャベツ、牛肉が盛り付けられている。真ん中から沸いてくるので、中心から食べていく。
焼肉のタレのような味わいの付けダレに潜らせて食べれば、これまでに経験したことない味わい。
豆板醤で辛味を加えたり、酢で酸味とサッパリ感を加えたりとアレンジも芯を外れずしっかりと美味しい。

外郭を崩しながら全てを食べ終わる頃に「うどん」が到着。濃すぎないスープととても良く合う。
驚くべき点は、その後におじやが付く点。溶き卵を落として食べればそれは美味しいに決まっている。
