10年くらい前にTVで見て
こういう料理があるんだなと
思っていたお店です。
焼肉じゃなくて、炊肉とは、、、
細かく刻まれた野菜、肉、イカ
が真ん中辺りが凹んでいる鉄板
で調理されています。
味付けは甘めの出汁。
それを焼肉のタレのようなものに
付けて食べる感じです。
なんだなんだ？と食べ進める
うちに、ドンドンハマっていきます。
また、味は濃いめなので、お酒が
グングン進みます笑
〆はうどんがきて、更に雑炊も！
この雑炊がたまらなく美味い！！
うどんか雑炊か？というのが鍋の
〆では当たり前ですが、両方あって
大正解！
ある意味、発明かと、、、Σ(⊙ω⊙)
他にもツマミをいただきましたが
どれも美味しかったです。
