●うな丼（松）肝吸い付 3,110円
以前からBMしていた「うなぎのやまげん」さんへ初訪問しました。
鹿児島で訪問した鰻専門店で4軒目の訪問です。
お店は1Fが専用駐車場とお店前に数台駐車できるスペースが確保されています。
店内はソコソコ広いですね～♪
４人掛けテーブル席に案内され、一通りメニューを拝見！
うな丼で一番ボリューミーな「うな丼（松）」を注文します。
メニュー表には（松）になると、「ご飯の中にも鰻が入ってます」と案内アリ！期待度アップです～♪
そして、10分チョットで配膳！早ッ！
ドンブリの蓋を開けると、ホンワリと香ばしい香りが漂ってきます。
御飯の上に鰻が2切れ。ソコまで大きくないですね…。
早速、頂いてみると少し硬めの焼き加減です。
タレはサラッとした少し甘辛い塩梅。デフォルトでタレが少な目だったので追加でお願いします。
御飯の中にも鰻が入ってましたが…メチャ小さいのが一つ。。
肝吸いは上品な味付け！濃いタレの鰻を頂くので丁度良い塩梅です。
同じ3,000円の価格帯だったらもう少しボリューミーな鰻を期待してしまします。
